FAQs
What is you MOQ?
Our MOQ is 40 pcs per style/color. For example, if you have 3 colour ways in one design let’s say a basic tee you have to do 40 pcs per color which makes your total unit at 120 pcs.
Can you use a specific fabric content for our designs?
Yes we can if you can reach our fabric supplier MOQ. Please note that due to low quantity no fabric supplier will be able or can afford to customize 1 specific fabric for 40 pcs of garments. We will source the closest fabric available in the market as per your requirement but these doesn’t guarantee that we will be able to get it as we are also depending on what’s available amongst our suppliers. To give you an idea for a 210 gsm CVC Cotton if you require a custom color our supplier can only customize dye if your order is 30kgs per color. Please ask our consultant for the MOQs of the fabric you need if you want to have yours specifically designed for your brand.
Can I choose the qty of the sizes I want within that 40 pcs?
Yes you can, you can break down the qty of the sizes as you wish.
How soon can you produce?
Our production process is “by schedule” meaning it is on a first reserved basis. We respect each client’s timelines so we rarely do a “rush order” because our production is rarely free as it is always one after the other. We encourage our clients to plan 2-3 months ahead of their intended launch date to make sure that they allow ample time for sample revisions if there’s any. Please note that sampling takes time and so does production. Don’t worry, our representative will advise you of the availabilities as we go along to make sure you are aware if your products can be produced in what date etc..
How long is your sampling process?
Our sampling normally takes 2 weeks depending on the availability of the fabrics you will need for your products
How long is your production lead time?
Production lead time depends on the qty of your products and how complicated the design is. We will let you know once you put in an order for production.
What is included in the sampling fee?
Sampling fee includes fabric sourcing, pattern making and sample making itself. Please note that your sample fee per item does not reflect the actual cost of your production, sampling cost is pricey due to the amount of resources, time and effort in putting your ideas from paper to life. Its also important to remember that production cost is quoted base in your qty and other factors.
Can you produce for brands outside of Philippines?
Yes obcourse! A huge part of our business is exporting and producing for different brands and labels in Australia, USA, UK & Asia.
