STAGE 1: Fabric Sourcing

Asia is a one-stop-shop for fabric and textile needs. Our geographical location has given us access to every possible fabric you can imagine along with our extensive list of local and international suppliers.

One of the key elements in determining the sample lead time is “where we source your fabrics”. We try to source all materials locally as much as possible. However, if the fabric composition and color isn’t available we will then source it with our partner suppliers in China, Thailand & Vietnam. Fabrics swatches will be lent to you so you can have a realistic look and feel of your fabrics.

STAGE 2: Print & Embroidery

Depending on the size and location of your design some of the prints or embroidery will occur before sewing the fabrics altogether. For embroidered and screen printed logo/graphics please note that we charge a one-time “Digitization” or “Screen” fee for each size which you can repeatedly use in your future designs.

STAGE 3: Pattern Making & Sample Making

Our expert pattern makers engineer the features and fit of each style using the latest pattern makings software. Patterns are the blueprint from which all clothing is made from. Our Sample Makers hand cut and sew your garments with expert detail. Samples are made to test fit and functionality.

Samples that passed our Quality Control will then be sent to you for approval.
