Dedicated Account Manager

Each brand works with a personal Account Manager who is your point of contact throughout the entire manufacturing process. Our Account Managers provide guidance and support through all stages of apparel manufacturing. They will track and communicate each step of the production process and keep to strict deadlines to deliver the goods.

Each new PRODHAUZ client will work directly with their own dedicated Account Manager who will be on call throughout the entire production process. This collaboration lowers your risk, reduces errors, and improves the quality of your line by making sure your plan is executed correctly every step of the way.

PRODHAUZ manages the entire product lifecycle, keeping tabs on the available resources, production line and factory efficiencies, and overall quality. Each Account Manager monitors fabric prices and communicates with our clients about market variables, handle shipping and logistics, and manages the global supply chain. Your Account Manager will keep you updated via tracking numbers and make sure to hit your delivery dates.

Tech Pack

Tech pack is the blueprint for your design. As soon as you are good to go for production your Account Manager will develop your Production Tech Pack, she will then send it to you for approval before handing it down to our Production Team.

The Tech Pack includes all the materials, gradings, seams, colorways, measurements, trim, labels etc. everything that our Production Team needs to know. It is important that you review every detail and communicate with your Account Manager immediately if there are any revisions or changes with your design.

Quality Control & Packaging

We understand that strict quality control is one of the most vital part of every brand’s production process. This does not only reduces the number of faulty items post production but it also ensures that every item you sell to your customers are next to perfection.

At PRODHAUZ, we conduct 75% of our QC during production to actively monitor and minimize errors at early stages. A final QC will be conducted post production before we package every item in a standard OPP plastic ready for shipping.
